Friday night racing, good food and a chance to catch up with mates. Alexandra Park brings it all together in the heart of Auckland.
With free entry, you can drop in for a drink, grab dinner at The Alex or head trackside to watch the horses race under lights. No need to know anything about racing. Just turn up and enjoy the evening.
At the Racecourse
There's something different about watching racing live. Find a spot trackside, watch the horses warm up and feel the excitement as they head for the finish. With races throughout the evening, there's plenty of time to catch up with mates in between.
The Alex Bar & Eatery is open every race night, serving food and drinks just metres from the track. Choose from the à la carte menu, enjoy a meal indoors or head out to the courtyard to watch the racing. There's no need to book a hospitality package to enjoy a night at the trots.
Want to make more of a night of it? The Lyell Creek Lounge offers food, drinks and views overlooking the track. For special occasions, selected race meetings also have ticketed dining and hospitality packages.
CHRISTMAS AT THE TROTS
