Friday at Summer at the Trots is a great way to kick off the weekend at Richmond Park. It’s an easy-going summer raceday with live harness racing, plenty happening off the track, and lots of space for families and groups to settle in and enjoy the day.

Kids are well looked after with free children’s entertainment, including bouncy castles, pony rides, games, and classic on-course activities like running races, sack races, and three-legged races between races. There’s live music on course, great local food and drink options, and room to spread out on the grass.

If you’re after something a bit more organised, corporate hospitality packages are available for those wanting a marquee-style setup with food, drinks, and a prime view of the racing. These are optional, general entry areas remain open to everyone.
